These terms are provided by the operator of RoofScope. Legal entity name, registered business address and support email are shown as placeholders below and should be replaced with your details before launch.

1. Who we are

2. What the service does

We generate an automated roof report from public satellite imagery and property data, and — if you ask us to — introduce you to up to three independent roofing companies that serve your area. We are not a roofing contractor and we do not perform work on your home.

3. Estimates are not quotes

Measurements, condition scores and price ranges are automated estimates for planning purposes only. They are not an offer, a binding quote, an inspection, or an insurance assessment. Only a contractor who inspects your property can give you a firm price.

4. Contacting you

When you submit your details and check the consent box, you authorise us and the matched roofing companies to contact you by phone, text message and email, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase and you can withdraw it at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing us.

5. Independent contractors

Matched roofing companies are independent businesses. We check licence details they provide and publish homeowner reviews, but we do not guarantee their work, pricing, scheduling or conduct. Any contract you sign is between you and that company.

6. Contractor accounts

Roofing companies buying leads agree to keep licence and insurance information current, to contact homeowners only about the project submitted, to honour applicable do-not-call and messaging laws, and to fund purchases through their wallet balance. Lead purchases are final except where a lead is invalid and disputed within 7 days.

7. Acceptable use

Do not scrape the service, submit addresses or contact details you are not authorised to submit, or resell reports. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for the acts or omissions of roofing companies.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
