What we collect

The property address you enter, answers to the roof questionnaire, your name, email and phone number, the automated roof report generated for that address, and a record of the consent you gave (the exact wording, timestamp, IP address and browser). We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used.

Why we use it

To produce your roof report, to introduce you to up to three roofing companies serving your area when you ask to be matched, to support you afterwards, to prevent fraud and invalid leads, and to meet our legal obligations.

Who receives your details

When you request quotes, your name, contact details, address and roof report are shared with the matched roofing companies that purchase your project, so they can contact you. We also use service providers for hosting, database, mapping imagery, AI analysis, email and payments. We do not sell your data for advertising.

Your choices

You can opt out of contact at any time by replying STOP to a text message, unsubscribing from email or emailing us. Ask us to access, correct, export or delete your data and we will act within 30 days. Deleting your data does not recall information already shared with a roofing company you were matched with — contact them directly as well.

Retention

Lead and consent records are retained for as long as needed to run the marketplace and to answer any dispute about consent, then deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar storage for sign-in sessions and basic usage analytics. You can block cookies in your browser, though sign-in will stop working.

Children

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
