Top Roofing

Got a quote from them after another company ghosted us. They put down tarps over the landscaping and ran a magnet over the driveway for nails. Very happy with the result.

Second time using this company, first was a repair, this time a full tear-off. Communication was the best part, I got text updates the whole way through. Worth every dollar.

We got three bids and went with them, no regrets at all. The estimate was detailed, line by line, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Exactly what you want from a contractor.

They handled our whole re-roof from permit to final inspection. They found dry rot under the old layer and showed me photos before doing anything extra. Cannot fault them on anything.

I searched for and selected a few candidate roofers to replace the wood shake roof on my 2-story house with shingles. I felt very comfortable at the first meeting with Tal, the owner of Tal Family Builders. He was professional and well prepared. He patiently explained the whole process, materials and key items to watch out for as well as answering all the questions I listed in advance. His pricing was competitive. He kept me updated all the time and promptly addressed my questions professionally. I was impressed with the quality and efficiency of their team. The project was completed in a week! I appreciated Tal's sincerity. After the old wood shakes were removed, it was clear that much less new OSD plywood would be needed. He was quick to provide a contract change order with a sizable reduction from the original contract. I strongly recommend Tal Family Builders for any roofing work.
