Used them for a comp shingle replacement on a 1950s house. No pressure sales, just an honest assessment of what needed fixing now versus later. Already recommended them to two people on our street.

Needed a few tiles replaced and some flashing redone. They found dry rot under the old layer and showed me photos before doing anything extra. Cannot fault them on anything.

Tile roof restoration in Willow Glen. They salvaged and reused most of the original tiles, replaced the underlayment and matched the few broken pieces perfectly.

Estimator showed up with drone photos and a line-item quote on the spot. Everything was explained in plain English and the price never moved.

Solar-ready re-roof coordinated with our panel installer so we only had to do the work once. Great scheduling and very tidy crew.
