Newhaus Roofing & Construction

We had water coming in around the chimney for months. They found dry rot under the old layer and showed me photos before doing anything extra. Great experience from start to finish.

I recently hired Newhaus for a full roof replacement on my home, and I could not be happier with the results. After getting four different quotes, I chose them because Sam provided the most detailed, transparent estimate and took the time to explain our material options without any high-pressure sales tactics. The crew arrived exactly on time every day, worked incredibly hard, and completed the entire project right on schedule. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process; they even texted me daily photo updates so I could see the progress on the roof. What impressed me the most was their cleanup. Roof replacement is a messy job, but they left my yard completely spotless. They ran magnetic sweeps multiple times to ensure no stray nails were left behind, which I deeply appreciated since I have kids. The new roof looks uniform, straight, and absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Newhaus to anyone looking for an honest, professional, and high-quality roofer.

Found them through a neighbor who used them the year before. Insurance paperwork was handled without me chasing anyone. Cannot fault them on anything.

Franco did a great job in managing the roof replacement on my back utility shed. Neighbors tree debris and weather combined to cause failure. Newhaus team was honest and professional with assessment of needed repairs and got the job done quickly.

I had an excellent experience with Newhaus Roofing. I've been battling a leak for the last few years and finally got around to getting it fixed. I contacted Newhaus and Greg came out the same day and spent over an hour on my roof and took tons of photos. He also came prepared with aerial photos of my roof he had downloaded prior - very impressive. He provide a fast quote and while I initially planned to only repair the section he identified, due to the age of the roof, I decided to replace the entire roof at one time for the extra peace of mind. The team filed the permits and scheduled the work. I now have a new roof that should last me the next 30 years. Thanks Greg and the Newhaus team!
