Moctezuma Roofing

Verified job

Used them for a comp shingle replacement on a 1950s house. They matched the existing tile so well you cannot tell where the repair is. Roof has been through a full winter with zero issues.

I highly recommend Moctezuma Roofing if you need a new roof. My old roof had three layers of asphalt shingles with the bottom layer going back many decades and was in need of replacement. The roofing companies I called were either referred to me by neighbors or friends who had their roofs replaced, or they had excellent online reviews. I chose Moctezuma Roofing for several reasons. They had excellent reviews, and are Diamond Certified. The neighbor down the street whose roof they worked on was very happy with their new roof installed by Moctezuma. Jacob, co-owner and estimator for Moctezuma, came out without delay, and I liked how he presented his company and his company’s qualifications. His quote was emailed to me promptly. His work crew arrived promptly on the date and time scheduled, worked hard on removing the old shingles (it took two full days to peel off all three layers), laid down new plywood, replaced soffits that had dry rot, and laid down reflective GAF shingles and roof vents for attic ventilation. At the end of each day the crew carefully cleaned up the work zone. They were professional and skilled in their work. I was told the roof replacement would take four days.

We got three bids and went with them, no regrets at all. Ventilation was added that two other roofers never even mentioned. Five stars from us.

We hired Emmanuel and his team to fix a persistent roof leak, and they were fantastic from start to finish. They showed up quickly, assessed the issue right away, and had the problem fixed in no time. Professional, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. Highly recommend!

Emmanuel and Moctezuma roofing were great. They came out to give a no-cost estimate within 24 hours of being contacted. They had plenty of recommendations and were very communicative and easy to deal with. The work, once scheduled was done quite fast and cleanly. We had an issue with a supplier shorting them of some product and Emmanuel was super apologetic (again not his fault) but communicated the issue with updates daily and completed work as soon as the product was delivered. Just treated us like human beings. The caliber of work was fantastic and we’ve received numerous compliments (as well as just being super pleased ourselves) Would recommended them to anyone looking for a good job done well.
