Had our roof replaced last spring and the crew was outstanding. The estimate was detailed, line by line, so I knew exactly what I was paying for. Great experience from start to finish.

We had water coming in around the chimney for months. Communication was the best part, I got text updates the whole way through. Will call them first next time.

Hired them for a flat roof section over the garage. Finished a day earlier than the estimate and the price did not change. Will call them first next time.

Had our roof replaced last spring and the crew was outstanding. The foreman walked the roof with me at the end and explained the warranty. Solid company, real professionals.

Call J Sainz roofing - they did 4 of my neighbors roofs in the past 9 months - 3 tile, 1 composition. Good price, high quality work.
