Imperia Roofing and Exteriors

Verified job

Used them for a comp shingle replacement on a 1950s house. No pressure sales, just an honest assessment of what needed fixing now versus later. Would use them again without thinking twice.

They came out same week for an inspection after we noticed staining on the ceiling. Finished a day earlier than the estimate and the price did not change. Five stars from us.

Had our roof replaced last spring and the crew was outstanding. Ventilation was added that two other roofers never even mentioned. Exactly what you want from a contractor.

Our roof was about 25 years old and finally gave up. They put down tarps over the landscaping and ran a magnet over the driveway for nails. Will call them first next time.

They handled our whole re-roof from permit to final inspection. They found dry rot under the old layer and showed me photos before doing anything extra. Would use them again without thinking twice.
