IB Roofing

We had water coming in around the chimney for months. They pulled the permit and dealt with the city so I did not have to. Exactly what you want from a contractor.

I B roofing did an excellent job on our roof for a competitive price. They were responsive to us at every step along the way beginning with the estimate.

I am working with them right now and their communication is excellent and very trustworthy.

IB roofing did an excellent job on our roof for a competitive price. They were responsive to us at every step along the way beginning with the estimate. Because we wanted insulation added under our roof some other roofers ghosted us, but Israel and German understood exactly what to do. They did lots of extra things just to be nice, which were appreciated, like working together and coordination with our electrician, and connecting the lights inside the sun tunnels. They even touched up the paint on our gutters. We highly recommend them.

Second time using this company, first was a repair, this time a full tear-off. Pricing was fair, not the cheapest bid, but the materials were clearly better. Exactly what you want from a contractor.
