Electra tore off our 1960s comp shingle roof in Noe Valley and had the new architectural shingles on in two and a half days. They tarped every night, protected the garden beds, and the crew swept the sidewalk with a magnet twice a day. The final invoice matched the written estimate to the dollar.

Electra re-roofed our Noe Valley Victorian and the workmanship is on another level. Detailed proposal, permits handled, and the crew protected the garden every single day. Final invoice matched the estimate to the dollar.

We had a slow leak over the kitchen for two winters and three other roofers just wanted to sell us a full replacement. Electra found a failed valley flashing, replaced about 40 square feet of sheathing and re-flashed it properly. Two rainy seasons later, completely dry.

Standing seam metal roof on our Berkeley hills house. The detailing around the chimney and the two skylights is genuinely beautiful, and they handled the permit and the final inspection without me having to chase anything.

We had three bids. Electra was the only one who climbed up, photographed the flashing failures and explained exactly why we were leaking. Job finished a day early and the attic has been bone dry through two storms.
